Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional window cleaning services across various commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure our clients' buildings shine and maintain a pristine appearance, contributing to their overall safety and professionalism. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of windows on commercial buildings using appropriate tools and techniques Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure streak-free, spotless results Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly handle cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct safety inspections before, during, and after cleaning tasks to adhere to safety protocols Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding job status and any issues encountered Complete detailed reports on completed work and any maintenance or safety concerns Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles, preferably with commercial cleaning background Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including climbing ladders or working at heights Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and handling cleaning chemicals Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Ability to follow instructions precisely and complete tasks efficiently Join us as a Window Cleaning Specialist and be part of a team that values professionalism, safety, and excellence.
