Lead Window Cleaning Technician

About the Role HireLBS is currently hiring a Lead Window Cleaning Technician for one of our clients located in Minneapolis, MN. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals who enjoy working outdoors, leading a team, and delivering high-quality service in both residential and commercial environments. What We Offer Competitive pay ranging from $22-$40 per hour Bi-weekly pay structure Monday through Friday schedule Occasional Saturdays only as needed No nights or holidays Year-round work opportunities available Leadership opportunity with room for growth Work independently in a supportive team environment Equipment and uniforms provided Additional earning potential through tips and commission opportunities Schedule 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Approximately 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise window cleaning technicians on job sites Complete residential and commercial window cleaning services Train and guide team members on procedures and safety practices Ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally Deliver excellent customer service and communication Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies What We're Looking For Previous window cleaning experience required Leadership or crew lead experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage a team Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation and liability car insurance required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, bend, squat, and perform repetitive motions throughout the day About HireLBS HireLBS builds high-performing teams for clients nationwide across industries including home services, staffing, sales, customer service, and field operations.
