The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, such as window washing, landscaping , or solar, possess strong time management skills, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. This role involves door-to-door sales across the twin cities metro area. You become your own boss as you set your own hours and neighborhoods to knock while meeting weekly minimums with weekly bonuses included depending on performance. Duties Perform door-to-door sales for residential window cleaning across the twin cities Utilize a window cleaning CRM and google sheets for organization Maintain a clean and organized appearance Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address specific cleaning needs or concerns Requirements Previous sales experience highly preferred Knowledge of window washing Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently and to meet minimum hours Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Reliable transportation to reach various job sites as required This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing and welcoming community of window washers and salesmen, working to grow a business and expand clientele.
