Softwash & Pressure Washing Technician - Lead

This is not basic pressure washing alone — our technicians are trained in both softwashing and professional exterior cleaning systems for residential and commercial properties.

Candidates with prior experience in:

pressure washing softwashing window cleaning exterior cleaning construction landscaping mechanical or hands-on trades are encouraged to apply. We are also willing to train mechanically inclined individuals with strong work ethic and positive attitudes. What You'll Do Our technicians provide: Softwashing Pressure washing Window cleaning Gutter cleaning Exterior property cleaning services Each workday begins at our Plymouth office at 8:00 AM where crews receive schedules, load company trucks, and head out to projects throughout the Twin Cities metro.

Typical responsibilities include:

Operating pressure washing and softwash systems Setting up hoses, pumps, ladders, and cleaning equipment Working safely at heights Communicating professionally with customers Completing residential and commercial projects efficiently Working independently and as part of a team Most crews complete 2-4 projects per day. Projects range from small residential homes to large custom properties and commercial buildings throughout the metro. Compensation & Growth Opportunities - Starting Pay New technicians typically start between $22-$25/hour , depending on experience and mechanical aptitude Experienced technicians may qualify for higher starting compensation Performance-Based Pay After training, technicians transition into a performance-based compensation system tied primarily to residential work. Strong performers are able to significantly increase their earnings through efficiency, production, and customer service.

Typical Earnings Entry-Level Technicians:

$25-$32+/hour + tips

Experienced Technicians:
