Job Description

Service Assistant / Driver Superior Ford - Plymouth, MN Superior Ford is seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Service Assistant / Driver to join our busy service department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the automotive industry, with advancement opportunities available for the right candidate. As a key member of our service team, you will support daily operations, assist customers, and help ensure a positive service experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere. Answer incoming phone calls and assist Service Advisors with customer communications. Schedule service appointments and support front-end service operations. Coordinate vehicle pickup and delivery for customers. Provide shuttle transportation for customers as needed. Park, move, and wash customer and dealership vehicles. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous automotive dealership experience preferred (service advisor, technician, porter, or support role). Or related industry. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. Experience with CDK Dealer Management System is a plus. General automotive knowledge preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent required.
