Job Description

Become an Affordable Housing Cleaner with Catholic Charities and help create safe, welcoming homes for residents. Catholic Charities empowers our neighbors and creates impact in housing, food, and mental health that is seen and felt for generations. Job Summary The Cleaner maintains the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the apartment complex, including common areas and vacant units. Responsibilities include property upkeep, maintaining curb appeal, and performing minor repairs and maintenance. What You Will Do Clean and maintain apartment buildings Maintain grounds of buildings Prepare vacant units What we're looking for ( Required Qualifications)

Job Related Experience:
No experience is required.
Additional Requirements:
Requires valid driver's license and successful clearance of driving check. Must successfully clear a Kari Koskinen background check.
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in residential and common areas. Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, equipment, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to identify and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns promptly. Basic knowledge of minor maintenance and repair procedures. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
