Job Description
Job Overview NexoraClean is looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing commercial cleaning team in the Twin Cities. We provide professional janitorial and commercial cleaning services for offices, retail spaces, medical and dental facilities, schools, places of worship, and other business locations. We're seeking individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality, consistent work that keeps our clients' spaces clean, safe, and presentable. This role is ideal for cleaners who enjoy working independently or as part of a small crew, have strong attention to detail, and want steady, flexible work — including evening and early-morning shifts when many commercial jobs take place. We are willing to train the right candidates as long as you have some cleaning experience and a strong work ethic. Duties & Responsibilities Perform commercial cleaning services including routine janitorial, deep cleaning, and post-construction cleanups Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, lobbies, offices, and common areas Empty trash and recycling, replace liners, and restock paper products and supplies Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain hard and carpeted floors (buffing or machine use a plus) Dust surfaces, wipe down high-touch points, and clean interior glass and entryways Follow NexoraClean's commercial cleaning checklist and quality standards Respect client property and follow site access, security, and lock-up procedures Maintain professionalism on-site and arrive on time to complete jobs thoroughly Requirements Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred (1-2 years recommended) Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable transportation to travel to job sites across the Twin Cities metro Availability for evening, early-morning, or weekend shifts as needed Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Comfortable using commercial cleaning equipment (training provided) Ability to pass a background check Must be dependable, professional, and trustworthy What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling with consistent, recurring routes Steady commercial cleaning jobs with a growing local company Clear expectations and reliable support from our team Opportunity to grow as NexoraClean expands We look forward to welcoming dependable and hardworking cleaners to the NexoraClean team.
