What You'll Be Doing:

Maintain excellent curb appeal and keep common areas clean and welcoming Keep interior spaces (office, bathrooms, amenities) tidy, safe, and inviting Assist maintenance staff with tasks like basic repairs, painting, and unit turns Help with trash outs and preparing vacant units for new residents Support pool upkeep and seasonal tasks (e.g., snow removal) Report any maintenance, safety, or unusual concerns around the property 🧰

What You Bring:

3-6 months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar work Basic understanding of maintenance/property operations is a plus Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-player attitude Reliable and consistent work ethic Passion for keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming 🎁

What You'll Get:
