Property Management Job Type Part-time Description Who We Are:
INH Properties is a rapidly growing full-service real estate company that excels in property management and real estate development for multifamily apartment communities. INH Properties has been in business for over 40 years and currently manages 8,000+ units across Minnesota and Iowa.
What We're Looking For:
INH Properties is seeking a part-time responsible Turnover Cleaner for a property located in St. Cloud, MN. If you are a proactive and organized individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, we encourage you to apply for the cleaner position at INH Properties.
Job Responsibilities:
(Including but not limited to) Turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month) - This may require you to stand on ladders to clean light fixtures, and crouch very low to clean out bottom cupboards. Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Promptly notify the community manager of any maintenance items that require their attention. Requirements Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate): A high school diploma or equivalent Time Management skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
