Job Description

Coconut Cleaning Co. is Minnesota's premier carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning company. We just opened in the Twin Cities last year and we're growing fast, which means real opportunity for the people who join us early. We take pride in doing top-tier work, treating customers right, and building a team that actually enjoys showing up.
COMPENSATION
Base pay: $18/hr Plus commission: Most technicians average around $25/hr total Full-time hours with consistent schedule
GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Because we're new to the Twin Cities market, the ground floor is wide open. We're actively building out our team and promoting from within. Strong technicians have a clear path into Sales, Sales Manager, and General Manager roles as we expand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Cleaning Technician, you're the face of Coconut Cleaning Co. in the customer's home. Day to day, you'll: Run carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning jobs from start to finish Make sure every cleaning meets our quality standard and the customer is happy before you leave Recommend products and add-on services that genuinely improve the result Be the "cleaning expert" customers can trust and ask questions Build rapport with customers and leave them wanting to refer you to their friends
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Clean driving record (required, no exceptions) Able to work 6 to 12 hour days Strong communicator who's comfortable talking with people Good attitude, willing to learn, and takes pride in their work No prior cleaning experience needed. We train you from day one
