Job Description
1Micro in Waconia, MN is a fast-growing tech company that manufactures and manages key security devices and inventory systems for car dealerships, commercial companies, fleet departments, and multifamily properties. For over 30 years, we have provided innovative solutions for some of the common problems within the automotive industry, and we continue to push the boundaries of technology to better serve our customers. We are looking for a team-focused, driven, and friendly Facilities Custodian to join our team! Primary Responsibilities Clean and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces in offices and production areas Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doors, counters, and workstations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, coffee stations, and shared spaces Wipe down machines, equipment, and tables in production areas Refill cleaning, restroom, and PPE supplies as needed Follow all safety and PPE procedures Seasonally shovel snow, clear entrances, and salt walkways as needed to maintain safe access Hours and Benefits Part-time, starting at 25 hours per week Potential for additional hours or full-time employment as demands grow
