Janitor/Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for our clients in the Willmar area. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks across multiple client facilities, ensuring that all areas are kept in pristine condition. Your efforts will directly contribute to the comfort and safety of employees, visitors, and clients alike. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, offices, hallways, and common areas. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to preserve flooring quality and appearance. Handle industrial cleaning tasks using specialized equipment for large-scale or heavy-duty cleaning projects. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report needs for restocking or equipment repairs. Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial work or custodial services with a strong understanding of commercial or residential cleaning practices. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or reaching. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts. Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
