Job Description

Florians Maintenance is Now hiring in Winona! part-time! Cleaning, Custodian, Janitorial, housekeeping, & detailing ~ Part time: all shifts available (day, evenings & weekends). This is a great addition to any one's income. Shifts are anywhere from 2-5 hours a day. Flexible schedules to work around your current schedule. Basic custodial duties include but are not limited to duties such as emptying trashes, cleaning restrooms, dusting, cleaning tables, vacuuming, mopping floors, etc.
Requirements:
Fill out company Application Form, sent by email. Pass a background check according to comply with company policy . driver's license (and reliable transportation) must provide 2 local references (owners, managers, supervisors, OR trainers, teachers, mentors) ability to lift 40 lbs. ability to follow written instructions ability to safely handle chemicals and waste products ability to swoop, bend, or crouch continuously throughout each shift. must live in or within 10 miles to Winona MN, or site.
