Janitorial Supervisor

The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing janitorial staff, and ensuring all facilities meet company and client cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards. This role focuses on team leadership, quality control, and efficient service delivery in commercial environments. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of janitorial staff across assigned facilities Inspect work to ensure compliance with ABM quality standards and client expectations Train, coach, and develop team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use Schedule staff, manage timekeeping, and ensure proper coverage for all shifts Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals; place orders as needed Ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and company policies Respond promptly to client requests, complaints, and service issues Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce proper use of PPE Assist with floor care tasks including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning when needed Complete reports, inspections, and documentation accurately and on time Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
