Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and experienced Window Cleaner Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate our professional window cleaning team. In this role, you will lead daily operations, ensure high-quality cleaning standards, and promote a safe work environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership skills, with a background in commercial cleaning or janitorial services. Your enthusiasm will help us deliver spotless results for our clients while fostering a positive team atmosphere. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of window cleaners during daily assignments, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Assign work duties, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members to maintain productivity and safety. Operate cleaning equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and scissor lifts safely and effectively on various building types. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly. Maintain safety protocols by training staff on proper use of equipment and adherence to health regulations. Communicate with clients or site managers to coordinate schedules and clarify specific cleaning requirements. Assist with training new team members in cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment handling. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Familiarity with window cleaning tools and techniques, including the use of scissor lifts. Strong understanding of safety standards related to working at heights and operating cleaning machinery. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment when necessary. A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering quality results and maintaining a safe work environment.
