Custodian

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Custodial Technician. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout our facility. Compliance with all health and safety regulations is mandatory. Night/Evening shift starting at 2:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to maintain cleanliness standards. Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas regularly to ensure a hygienic environment. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed throughout the facility. Vacuum carpets and rugs to remove dirt and debris. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to maintain a clear and polished appearance. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within specified timeframes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established protocols. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Punctual & reliable attendance demonstrated at recent employer.
