7:00am-3:00pm QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity for a Janitor position at a company in Bridgeton, MO. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Janitor Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to supervisors.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

Janitor Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Basic understanding of cleaning tools and supplies.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. (as required).
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Time management and organization preferred.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety standards preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision preferred.
