Short-Term Rental Cleaner

Job Overview A BnB Clean LLC is currently looking for dependable, detail oriented cleaners to assist with the Airbnb and short=term rental turnover cleanings throughout the Kansas City Metro area. We specialize in high-quality, five-star Airbnb turnovers and are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, communicate well, and understand the importance of presentation and attention in detail in the short-term rental industry. This is part-time 1099 independent contractor work with flexible scheduling based on booking and availability. Responsibilities Turnover Cleaning between guest stays. Making Beds and staging properly Bathroom and Kitchen Cleaning Vacuuming, moping and dusting. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, kitchen essentials, and cleaning products to meet guest needs. Conduct detailed inspections to verify cleanliness standards and identify maintenance issues requiring attention and report immediately. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with guests during check-ins or inquiries. Taking detailed pictures of each clean, everytime. Qualifications Reliable Transportation Smartphones with consistent communication Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and efficiently. Cleaning experience preferred (Airbnb, hotel, residential or commercial) Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, mops, and disinfectants. Prior experience in short-term rental or hospitality settings is a plus but not required. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions efficiently.
