Full-time Position Summary:
The Warehouse Custodian plays a vital role in supporting warehouse operations by ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility and surrounding grounds. This position helps maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment through routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Schedule :
Monday-Friday 6 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Pay :
$18/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Keeps warehouse and property clean and in orderly fashion. Performs heavy cleaning duties. Operate floor scrubbing equipment to keep floors clean. Gather and empty trash. Power washing materials and parts of the facility. Changing air filters. Assists in other assigned duties as needed. Handle multiple tasks and perform them completely
Qualifications:
Must be able to read and write so that written instructions can be easily followed. Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for many hours. Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work at particular heights. Ability to work independently. Valid Driver's License.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires frequent physical activity, including: Standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, bending, and climbing stairs/ladders Lifting/carrying up to 100 lbs. frequently; occasionally over 100 lbs. Frequent pushing/pulling of up to 100 lbs. Constant use of hands/arms/legs for material handling and machine operation
Work Environment:
