We have a facility in O'Fallon, MO that needs to be cleaned every Tuesday and Thursday evening. This facility takes about 2.5 hours each evening to clean (5 hours per week). We clean this facility after it has closed for the day, so the start time is flexible because you may clock in anytime between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm on your scheduled evenings to clean. All supplies, equipment and thorough training are provided. After training, you will be working by yourself. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. This is a perfect position for stay-at-home moms, retirees, and people with day jobs looking for extra income in a quiet, low-stress atmosphere. We expect our employees to "own" their assigned facility/facilities by reliably showing up when scheduled and performing quality service. Work is done after the facility closes for business, so arrival times are flexible. Thorough training is provided. The cleaning is non-industrial cleaning including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal. Allbright Systems cleaning professionals are generally people interested in making extra money in a low-stress, quiet working environment, and this specific customer location meets that description. General Responsibilities Learn and then competently handle the security procedures for opening and closing offices and dealing with the security codes. Competently clean professional offices, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal in a reasonable amount of time, using Allbright Systems training on best practices/ processes for cleaning. Observe levels of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and report needs for restocking to management in a timely manner. Diligently review the Customer's notes and Customer feedback in the on-site Allbright Systems "Red Book", and communicate back to management as required. Qualifications Must have reliable transportation/ own vehicle for transportation to the customer location. Must live less than 20 minutes from the location. Must be physically fit enough to conduct standard cleaning procedures including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be a US citizen or have I-9 legal qualification to work in the US. Must be comfortable working without direct supervision onsite. Must have a working knowledge of the English language.
