Industrial Cleaner Wage:
$17.00 per hour
Shift:
Weekend Hours:
6:00am-6:30pm (Fri-Sun) QPS Employment Group has a great Industrial Cleaner position available at a company in Troy, MO. This is a weekend shift opportunity with the opportunity for hire. Industrial Cleaner Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform assigned cleaning and production support tasks according to Work Instructions (WIS).
  • Follow safety requirements including
PPE, JHA
guidance, and Lockout/Tagout awareness.
  • Report hazards, unsafe acts, or equipment issues immediately.
  • Maintain work area cleanliness and support 5S standards.
  • Follow direction from the Team Leader and Group Leader and ask questions when uncertain.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and correctly after training.
  • Meet quality and productivity expectations for assigned tasks.
  • Participate in shift huddles and safety discussions.
  • Complete documentation and checklists as required.
  • Support team success by helping others when assigned work is complete.
  • Engage in continuous improvement ideas using SAVE concepts (Safer, Faster, Easier).
  • Participate in training and skills development activities.
  • Practice good attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintain positive communication and teamwork.
Industrial Cleaner Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to follow directions and work safely.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting as required.
  • Reliable and punctual work habits.
  • Previous industrial, manufacturing, or janitorial experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with 5S, Lean, or basic visual work systems preferred.
  • Experience working in automotive manufacturing environments preferred.
