Window Cleaner

Visit IconSTL.com Requirements Must be punctual and have outstanding attendance. Able to work Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:15pm. Have a valid drivers' license. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to lift and climb ladders. Able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. Able to stand for extended periods of time. Experience Prior experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with ladder use, manual handling techniques, and outdoor work environments is highly advantageous. Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and handling cleaning chemicals. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to safety and quality standards.

Benefits Ground Crew:

$17 per hour with no experience

Rope Descent Crew:

$27 per hour with a minimum of 1 year of rope descent experience. No experience, no problem! Will train individuals through our training program. With set raises you will make $27 per hour after 1 year.
