Overview Join our dynamic team as a Janitorial Worker and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct detailed floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance Handle industrial cleaning tasks including dusting, trash removal, window washing, and surface disinfecting Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep when needed Maintain cleanliness of both commercial and residential spaces by adhering to established cleaning protocols Operate custodial equipment safely and efficiently to ensure optimal results Support porter duties by moving supplies, furniture, or equipment within the facility as required Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures Familiarity with floor care processes including buffing, stripping, waxing, and maintenance of various flooring types Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks effectively in diverse environments Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift Basic understanding of facilities maintenance or residential painting is a plus Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that foster productivity and comfort!
