In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive cleaning and custodial task. Your proactive approach to maintenance and cleaning will contribute to the smooth operation of the assigned site. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of break rooms, restrooms, lobbies, carpet, floors, workstations, and common areas . Conduct janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting to uphold high cleanliness standards. Maintain facilities by performing custodial tasks such as restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with minor repairs when necessary. Operate cleaning equipment and other custodial tools. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment for staff and others. Assist with yearly cleaning projects that may involve specialized procedures. Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience in an industrial or commercial setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques. Experience working independently, and following the rules. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed cleaning schedules and safety guidelines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
