Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitation of all designated areas, including hallways, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. Conduct floor care procedures such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces. Manage waste disposal processes in compliance with environmental regulations, including proper segregation of recyclable materials and hazardous waste handling. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, and ensure accountability and continuous quality improvement. Collaborate with staff to address specific sanitation needs promptly and effectively. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proven ability to work independently while following detailed procedures and safety guidelines.
