Role:

Responsibilities:

Operate floor scrubbers to clean and maintain various floor surfaces. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Inspect and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning equipment. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Collaborate with team members to achieve cleaning goals. Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance. Provide excellent customer service while on-site at client locations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or floor care is a plus. Ability to operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor. Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
