Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician and become a vital part of ensuring safe, clean, and compliant commercial kitchen environments. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and maintaining kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, filters, and fans. Your efforts will help prevent fire hazards, improve air quality, and ensure our clients meet safety regulations. This position offers an energetic work environment where your attention to detail and proactive approach make a real difference every day. Responsibilities Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, and exhaust fans. Remove grease buildup from kitchen ventilation systems to meet fire safety and health code requirements. Work safely on rooftops to access and clean exhaust fans and related equipment. Set up and operate cleaning equipment and tools. Follow company safety procedures and industry standards. Complete assigned jobs efficiently and professionally. Requirements Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to climb ladders and work on rooftops. Must be comfortable working at heights. Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for an extended periods of time. Dependable transportation and reliable attendance required. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
