Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor to lead and oversee cleaning operations within our facilities. In this role, you will manage a team of custodial staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and coordinate daily cleaning schedules. Your leadership will help maintain a safe, spotless, and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial activities across multiple areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces Lead and motivate custodial staff by providing clear instructions, training, and ongoing support to ensure consistent quality standards Schedule cleaning tasks efficiently to meet operational needs and maintain cleanliness standards at all times Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of cleaning services, address deficiencies promptly, and implement corrective actions Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and laundry services as needed Enforce safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment for all team members Collaborate with management to develop cleaning procedures that align with health regulations and hospitality standards Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within commercial or hospitality environments of at least 2 years. Supervising or leadership experience in a cleaning or housekeeping setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and coordinate with other departments Experience with laundry services and custodial management is advantageous Demonstrated ability to uphold high standards of cleanliness in fast-paced environments such as hotels or corporate facilities Join us as a Janitorial Supervisor and play a vital role in creating pristine spaces that promote comfort, safety, and professionalism.
