Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various commercial environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and experience in janitorial or custodial services. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Offering a $250 sign on bonus, and many added perks!
Duties:
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment during all cleaning activities. Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly. Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning procedures and confidentiality. Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards before completion of shift.
Experience:
Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment is advantageous. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality. Ability to follow instructions carefully and prioritize tasks effectively. This role is essential for maintaining a professional environment that promotes health, safety, and comfort for all building occupants.
