Part time Cleaning Subcontractor - Bozeman / Butte / Helena Route

Job Description:

Veltex Services LLC is seeking is seeking reliable, detail-oriented subcontractor(s) to provide janitorial cleaning services to 3 locations bi-weekly. This is a great opportunity for an experienced cleaner or small cleaning business looking for consistent work under a professional subcontract partnership.

Scope:

General janitorial cleaning Restrooms, Breakroom, Floors, Trash, Surfaces Monthly window touch-up Before/after Photo reporting required

Requirements:

Reliable and detail-oriented Provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies Must own reliable transportation Ability to maintain schedule consistency and communication Commercial cleaning experience preferred

Schedule:

Visits are coordinated with each store Visits are once a week or once every other week Visits are during store operating hours

Compensation:

Competitive flat monthly rate (Store visits are about 40 minutes, 16 total visits) Payment within 20 days after Veltex receives client payment
