Part-Time Professional Residential & Commercial CleanerJob Summary Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Professional Residential & Commercial Cleaner! In this rewarding role, you will help create clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments for our clients. You'll work in private homes, commercial spaces, and hospitality settings, providing exceptional cleaning services with attention to detail and a professional attitude. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our clients' daily lives while working with a supportive team. Duties & Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Complete specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance as needed Handle laundry duties for residential and hospitality clients, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all assigned areas Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and courteously with clients Assist with custodial duties such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and restocking supplies Follow all safety procedures and properly use cleaning equipment and products Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or housekeeping is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Must be at least 21 years old Must have a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance Must be willing to travel between client locations and run occasional client errands Run occasional errands for clients, including grocery shopping and supply pickup when requested Must be able to pass a background check Schedule & Compensation Part-time position Flexible scheduling Opportunities for additional hours based on performance and client demand Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual Mountain Fresh Cleaning is committed to providing exceptional service while creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team members.
