This energetic position involves performing thorough cleaning and custodial tasks across bank facilities, ensuring all areas are spotless, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety standards. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of all bank areas, including offices, lobbies, restrooms, break rooms, and hallways using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a clean and polished appearance. Handle janitorial responsibilities including trash removal, restocking supplies, disinfecting surfaces, and ensuring hygiene standards are met. Assist with custodial tasks related to industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning projects as needed. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or safety hazards identified during cleaning routines. Maintain cleanliness of high-touch surfaces to prevent the spread of germs and ensure a healthy environment. Use proper techniques for residential painting or minor touch-up work if required to uphold the bank's professional appearance. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and buffing equipment operation. Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus. Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing manual cleaning tasks throughout shifts. Reliable team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward maintaining a safe workspace.
