Job Description
```Duties```
- Perform custodial duties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors
- Use the floor scrubber daily (will train)
- Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed Should take about 3 hours a day
- Clean and maintain common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
- Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Clean front door glass ```Skills```
- Experience in facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques,
- Ability to operate custodial equipment, such as vacuums and extractor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning agents
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
