Providing janitorial, housekeeping, and custodial functions for multiple agency buildings. B. In accordance with a detailed cleaning plan, performs general and specific cleaning and maintenance tasks to provide a clean, safe, and pleasant physical environment, as well as other tasks as assigned in emergency or unusual situations. C. Responsible for reporting of any facility issues, such as leaking faucets, broken blinds, or other hazards, etc. D. Responsible for ensuring appropriate cleaning supplies are stocked throughout campus facilities. E. Cleans all areas of the Facility (for example, floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) while following agency procedures, guidelines, and methods, and utilizing approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. F. Maintain tile floors, including the ability to work third shift and weekends occasionally to strip, wax or buff with the least risk to others. G. Responsible for learning and following the proper usage, handling and storage of all chemicals and supplies used for janitorial purposes. H. Light maintenance such as replacing bulbs, restock supply cabinets, furniture reconfiguring and material handling. I. Work in conjunction with the Maintenance Technicians to oversee care of agency tools and equipment ensuring proper working order and safekeeping. J. Job assignments may be added, deleted, or modified to ensure overall facility services are provided.
