• The A Plus Group is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team of commercial cleaning professionals. As a Cleaning Technician, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in Town of Chapel Hill Parks & Recreation facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is available for consistent evening or night shifts. Responsibilities Cleaning Technician:

Clean restrooms, offices, lobbies, hallways, and other public areas Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust surfaces Empty trash and recycling bins Polish stainless steel and sanitize high-touch areas Follow company standards and cleaning checklists Lock and secure facilities upon shift completion (if applicable) Floor Technician (if applicable): Mop, sweep, and dust mop floors Spot-clean carpets and tile Operate floor machines and buffers Perform grout cleaning and floor restoration tasks Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust surfaces Empty trash and recycling bins Polish stainless steel and sanitize high-touch areas Follow company standards and cleaning checklists Lock and secure facilities upon shift completion (if applicable) Requirements Must pass a criminal background check Ability to work evening/night shifts (8:00 PM - 12:00 AM start times) Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for up to 4 hours Must be reliable , punctual, and able to work independently Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus , but not required Attention to detail and pride in a job well done Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Join our team as a Cleaner where your efforts will contribute significantly to creating clean and inviting spaces for our clients.
