Job Description

Airbnb & Vacation Rental Cleaner•Charlotte, NC We're hiring reliable cleaners to service Airbnb & VRBO properties across the Charlotte area. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and having a flexible daytime schedule—this is a great fit.
Pay:
$15•22 per hour (starting at $15 with opportunity to earn more based on performance)
Schedule:
Typical shift: 9:30 AM•5:00 PM MUST be available Sundays & Mondays Flexible scheduling available other days Requirements (Please only apply if you meet these): Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license Must have your own cleaning supplies (vacuum + mop required) Able to pick up linens from storage unit before first job Comfortable working independently and traveling between properties
What You'll Do:
Clean and reset Airbnb/short-term rental units between guests Sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas Vacuum, mop, dust, and organize spaces Restock essentials (toilet paper, soap, etc.) Stage homes to look guest-ready and welcoming
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Punctual and dependable Detail-oriented (you notice the small things!) Self-motivated and able to work alone Flexible and able to adapt to different homes Takes pride in their work
Experience:
Cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, or custodial experience is a plus But not required—we're willing to work with the right person Apply Today We're actively scheduling interviews ASAP and looking to onboard quickly.
