This position is responsible for cleaning residential and commercial construction sites before, during, and after projects are completed. Responsibilities Remove dust, debris, and construction materials Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces Clean windows, floors, walls, and fixtures Dispose of trash and leftover materials properly Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment correctly Prepare properties for final walkthroughs and occupancy Requirements Previous cleaning or construction cleaning experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be dependable and punctual Benefits Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Opportunity for growth Supportive work environment
