Independent Contractor Cleaner or 2‑Person Cleaning Team — Charlotte, NC About the Role We're seeking a hardworking solo cleaner or experienced 2‑person cleaning team with GL Insurance to join our company as Independent Contractors. We serve clients throughout the Charlotte area and are looking for reliable professionals who take pride in delivering Fast, high‑quality home cleaning services. As an IC cleaner with us, you'll have the freedom to: Set your own schedule Choose the areas you want to work in Our support team handles client scheduling, so you can focus on providing excellent service. Pay is competitive and above minimum wage. Full details will be discussed during the interview. Requirements Residential cleaning experience (within the last 2 years) Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Organized, dependable, and professional Must pass a background check General Liability Insurance required (or ability to obtain within 1 week) Position Type Independent Contractor Flexible hours Great pay You control your schedule week to week!
