Evening Cleaning - Medical Facility (China Grove, NC) Woods Professional Cleaning, a commercial cleaning company, is hiring a dependable 1099 subcontractor for evening cleaning at a medical facility in China Grove, NC. It's about 1 to 2 hours a night once trained, you work at your own pace , and it pays $750 per month via direct deposit — a solid supplement to a full-time income. No 40-hour weeks and no clock to punch. You get in, do quality work, and get out. It's a flexible, professional arrangement for someone reliable who takes pride in a job done right. Room to Grow This building is just a starting point. Many of our cleaners take on additional facilities once they've proven themselves, which significantly increases their monthly income — some earn well into the thousands. Get your foot in the door here, do good work, and the opportunity to scale up is there. Responsibilities Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using provided supplies and equipment. Empty trash and replace liners; dispose of waste properly. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility. Restock paper towels, soap, and other supplies as needed. Wipe down and sanitize high-touch surfaces. Lock up and secure the facility at the end of each shift. What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent — you show up every scheduled evening. Prior commercial or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required. We train. Detail-oriented with pride in a job done right. Comfortable working independently once trained. Must pass a background check (required for medical facility access).
