Full-Time / Part-Time Position Summary Prestige Pro Cleaning Solutions is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technicians to provide high-quality cleaning services for office buildings, medical facilities, dental offices, industrial facilities, and commercial properties. Team members are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment while delivering exceptional customer service and representing our company with integrity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, wipe, and disinfect desks, countertops, furniture, doors, and high-touch surfaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces. Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners. Clean interior glass, mirrors, windows, and partitions. Restock restroom and facility supplies including paper towels, soap, and toilet tissue. Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to management. Follow company procedures for chemical handling and cleaning techniques. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, and carpet extractors. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on client sites. Secure client facilities according to company and customer requirements. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check when required by customer contracts. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive cleaning motions for extended periods. Ability to work in varying indoor environments. Performance Expectations Consistently deliver high-quality cleaning results. Maintain professionalism and respect at all client locations.
