Responsibilities of This Role Perform Roof to the road pressure washing, window cleaning and gutter cleaning, holiday light installation and take downs safely and efficiently. Ensure high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service on every job. Work outdoors in varying conditions, maintaining safety and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.

Who You Are Experienced:
Have at least 1 year of experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, or a similar trade.
Customer-Focused:
Dedicated to providing exceptional client service at all times.
Mechanically Inclined:
Able to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site or willing to learn.
Hardworking & Reliable:
Shows up on time, ready to hustle and work efficiently.

Physically Capable:
Comfortable with lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights as needed.

Willing to work outdoors Monday-Saturday (every other weekend) and adjust to changing weather conditions.
MUST HAVE
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must pass DMV check, reference check, and a clean criminal background check (no felony convictions). Strong work ethic and punctuality. Ability to lift and climb as needed for job duties. Willingness to learn and adapt to change. Team sports background in College/High-School (this is a strong plus). Any type of Leadership/Management experience is a PLUS if applying for a LEAD position. The ability to keep personal phone in truck while working on site and stay busy on site.
Pay & Benefits Salary:
$15-$20/hr starting, plus commissions, bonuses & tips from our clients.
