Cleaning Team (2+ People) — Independent Contract

Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal across assigned sites Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to maintain excellent surface quality Handle custodial responsibilities like restocking supplies, sanitizing restrooms, and ensuring hygiene standards are met Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs or reporting issues requiring specialized attention Support industrial or commercial cleaning projects by using appropriate equipment and following safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to established procedures and schedules Collaborate with team members to complete all cleaning assignments efficiently while ensuring quality standards are upheld Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work within commercial or residential settings Strong knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, and sealing surfaces Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and facilities maintenance practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuums, buffers, and other tools Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and consistency in all tasks Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding site-specific requirements Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning duties over extended periods in various environments This role offers an engaging opportunity for motivated individuals eager to contribute to clean, safe spaces while working as part of a dedicated team.
