Job Description
Job Summary Commercial property management company seeks a reliable, energetic day porter to help maintain the exterior appearance of shopping centers and business complexes. Part time position, 3 days a week. Some responsibilities include cleaning parking lots and sidewalks, emptying trash and recycling bins, and keeping common areas free of litter. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and responsible. Perform daily cleaning tasks including trash removal, and trash bin emptying Replacement of trash container liners. Assist with custodial duties related to commercial cleaning projects and industrial cleaning tasks as needed Skills Efficient and reliable Self-motivated Able to work without supervision Focus on cleanliness
