Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure floors, carpets, and surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to preserve flooring quality Clean carpets using specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and debris effectively Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning stations as needed Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or damage Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management for prompt resolution Qualifications Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services within commercial or environmental services settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, buffing, and general sanitation practices Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, extractors, and vacuums safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Join our team as a Cleaning Technician and play a vital role in creating a clean, healthy environment that fosters productivity and comfort.
