Job Description
Execute detailed floor care procedures, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized treatments like carpet shampooing and upholstery cleaning. Manage waste disposal by emptying trash receptacles, replacing liners, and transporting all refuse to designated disposal areas. Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and fixtures to minimize the transmission of germs in common areas. Maintain all cleaning equipment in proper working order and manage the inventory of chemical agents, ensuring correct dilution and labeling. Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned, which may include window washing and extensive interior cleaning. Clean and sanitize all restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and partitions, while continuously restocking essential supplies like soap and paper towels. Follow all established safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to chemical handling guidelines. Adhere to client-specific cleaning plans and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed to the required specifications for each location. Remain flexible on assigned duties
