Custodial Supervisor

We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. This position is scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. $19/hour We are looking for a strong, positive, and dependable team player with janitorial supervisory experience who can lead the team in meeting and exceeding Volvo's expectations for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to motivate and direct team members in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting the janitorial team throughout the shift Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and according to standards Providing instruction, coaching, and follow-up with team members to ensure quality performance Conducting routine inspections to verify work quality and address any deficiencies promptly Ensuring employees have the tools, supplies, and support needed to complete their assignments Assisting with cleaning duties as needed and leading by example INDSJ
