Commercial and Residential Cleaner

Next Level Commercial Cleaning is a locally owned, veteran-owned business serving Hampstead, Wilmington, and surrounding areas. We specialize in high-quality commercial cleaning for offices, auto shops, and professional spaces. We are growing quickly and looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and want consistent, well-paying part-time income. This is NOT a typical cleaning job — we focus on quality, consistency, and professionalism. Our clients expect a high standard, and we deliver.

What You'll Be Doing:

Cleaning offices, auto shops, and commercial spaces Wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Following simple checklists for each location Working independently after hours (evenings/nights)

Schedule:

Part-time (evenings & nights) Typically between 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM Flexible schedule depending on jobs accepted Most work is Monday-Friday with occasional Friday nights Additional cleans available during week if desired.

Pay:

$25-30 per hour (based on job efficiency) Paid per job (not hourly clock-in) Weekly pay (every Friday via Venmo or check)

Someone who shows up every time (this is non-negotiable) Strong attention to detail Takes pride in their work Reliable transportation Ability to work independently without supervision Positive attitude and professional communication

Requirements:

Must have your own transportation Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies/equipment Must be able to pass a background check (some clients require it) Must be comfortable working in commercial environments after hours
