Job Description

The main purpose of the Custodian position is to keep the warehouse and grounds in a clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Dust and vacuum warehouse office areas and other facility areas weekly. Clean all warehouse bathrooms and replenish supplies daily. Pick up trash at exterior of facility daily. Manage inventory of cleaning and janitorial supplies and review orders with supply company. Coordinate with cleaning company to ensure they have needed supplies Operate scrubber/sweeper daily along with cleaning in and around the auto wrapper. Clean all glass in warehouse regularly. Follow all company safety rules and practices. Clean all hi-viz in warehouse monthly Sweep and mop all non-carpeted floors daily . assist with set up and break down when needed for meetings or events. Report any opportunities to Operations Manager for repair, or special needs. Identify needs and handle periodic cleanliness issues in and around warehouse Ability to handle equipment safely and sensibly and take responsibility or ensure the safety other employees. Adhere to cleaning schedule to ensure all duties are completed each week and month as assigned. Obey all federal, state and local laws. Always adhere to dress code and be properly attired and groomed. Perform other duties as assigned.
