Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor patios Use various cleaning tools and products to ensure floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces are spotless and sanitized Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs Manage floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces pristine Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required, ensuring a well-rounded service experience for clients Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel or custodial experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, carpet extractors, and floor buffers Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Basic laundry skills and familiarity with household cleaning supplies and safety protocols Prior experience in commercial or hotel cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates Embark on a rewarding journey where your attention to detail transforms homes into spotless sanctuaries!
