Sud Slinger (Window Cleaner)

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sud Slinger, also known as a Window Cleaner, to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial and residential windows, ensuring a streak-free shine that enhances building aesthetics. Duties Safely operate cleaning equipment, including squeegees, scrubbers, and extension tools to reach high windows Clean windows of various sizes on commercial buildings, residential complexes, and storefronts Use scissor lifts and other access equipment to reach elevated or hard-to-access areas safely Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as removing dirt, grime, fingerprints, and water spots for a spotless finish Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards Conduct routine inspections to ensure windows are thoroughly cleaned and meet quality standards Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any issues or needs for replenishment promptly Skills Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning roles with a focus on window washing preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and custodial practices Ability to operate scissor lifts and other access machinery safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Good physical stamina for standing, climbing, reaching, and working at heights throughout the day Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report safety concerns Familiarity with safety regulations related to commercial cleaning and working at heights Join us in creating sparkling clean environments that leave a lasting impression!
